EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION :

• Early Education was in a village school followed by high school in Baroda – Gujarat.Took active part in Quit India movement . Passed matriculation with distinction in Mathematics in 1945.Joined baroda science college in 1945.
• Joined Calcutta homeopathic Medical college in 1947. took active part in the improvement of college and hospital as a student.
• Passed D.M.S of General faculty and state Council Of Homeopathic Medicine – Calcutta in 1951 with Hon’s in Pathology . Proceeded on to doing his Post Graduation in 1951 from Royal London Homeopathic Hospital , London, England.
• Passed D.F.Hom in 1952 and went ahead to do L.M course which he passed in 1952 from Ireland.
• Worked in Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital , Glasgow under Dr T.D.Ross, Dr Boyd and Dr Paterson.Attended Children Homeopathic Hospital under the care of Dr Hactor Machwill, Dr H.E Boyd and Dr Thomas Fergusson Stewart.Also attended Post Graduation course in Glasgow in 1952.
• Went to Stuttgart – Germany to attend Post Graduate course at the Robert Bosch Hospital-Stuttgart. Studied under Dr Otto Lesser for 9 months and later visited Homeopathic Institutions in Austria , Italy , France. Belgium, Holland , Denmark and returned to India in 1954.
• Attended post graduate course in homeopathy conducted by the American Institute of Homeoapthy, and American foundation of Homeopathy; USA in 1962.

Life After Education :

• Appointed as Chief Homeopathic Physician to Fr Muller’s Homeopathic Hospital , mangalore in 1954. resigned and started practice in Vadodara.
• Was called to serve the cause of Homeopathy in Kerala by Late Dr A.R Menon, Health Minister of Kerala. Took charge of the Athurasramam Homeopathic Medical College in 1958 as Principal in its infancy when the late Dr A.R Menon, the then Health Minister promised 100 beds Homeopathic Hospital attached to the college.
