Instructions for sending reports by Email.

  1. Please send us the latest scan report only .
  2. Reports should be preferably scanned and sent . 
  3.  Avoid sending photo shots of reports which are blurred or difficult to read.  
  4. Do not send old reports unless asked in the reply email.  
  5. After sending us an email expect an auto reply in 5 mts and a reply within 24-48 hours.  ( if you do not get any reply please contact the clinic numbers..
